The whole process of purchasing our home with Brady and Jamie was practically flawless and the best part was knowing that if there was a small hiccup, Brady and Jamie were always accessible and had the tenured "know-how" of seasoned real-estate professionals.
Much like our home buying experience, Brady and Jamie were absolutely stellar in helping to sell our house! They coordinated fantastic media people to take photos and videos of our home and got the house on the market fast! During the showing period, Brady and Jamie always communicated when showings would happen with plenty of time for my wife and I to vacate the house with our dog. This level of communication was really important to us as both my wife and I work from home when not traveling for work. Within 2-weeks of the house being on the market, Brady and Jamie had secured us multiple offers that we were able to review. They walked through each offer in detail, explaining the pros and cons of each - never being pushing or steering us in one direction or another. When we asked for advice, they gave it and we greatly valued everything they had to say because they are truly professional in how they communicate! In less than a month of accepting an offer, we closed and we could not have done it without Brady and Jamie steering the ship. They handled every bit of the closing... we just needed to show up on the right day and at the right time!
