Since 1991, the ThunderCloud Subs' annual 5-mile run/1-mile walk is a great way to work up a Thanksgiving-sized appetite. Compete with the best of Austin in the largest 5-mile run in Texas, or head outside with the kids for a more relaxed holiday jog. Not only is it a great way to feel a little better about all the turkey and pecan pie you'll eat later in the day, but all proceeds go directly to Caritas of Austin, a non-profit that works to prevent and end homelessness in Austin.
